Fire Safety Stick 100 seconds

The 100 second Fire Safety Stick has a usage time of a minimum of 100 seconds. So more likely nearer to two minutes of fire fighting time. Compare that to as little as 7 seconds for a 3.5kg conventional extinguisher!

Causing no mess or damage it can safely be used in any areas where a small fire has occurred. Or even if smoke is appearing from, say behind a dashboard or behind an appliance you could activate the Fire Safety Stick and prevent a fire from starting. As there is no mess or damage you won’t be faced with a big clean up – unlike powder extinguishers.

Fire Safety Stick how does it work?

Simply remove the top cap and throw away, take out the bottom cap with the abrasive roundel on it strike the small black button on the top of the Fire safety Stick withe roundel. This will cause the black button to melt and a gas will appear from the Fire Safety Stick. Point this gas at the fire or through a vent or aperture. Don’t put yourself at risk so if you don’t want to fight the fire directly (because of black, toxic smoke for example), you can activate and leave the Fire safety Stick in the room to do the work whilst you retreat to safety.

Recommended Fire Safety device

The Fire Safety Stick is an essential and recommended safety device for your vehicle, boat, home or premises. If you have one in area which may be subject to multiple person visits or occupants, for example an office, rental property or Airbnb fitting an anti-tamper tag may be a good idea. Being able to quickly see if the bottom striker cap has been looked at or removed will enable you check it and, if necessary, replace it.

The anti-tamper tag will also stop the striker cap working loose in areas subject to very high vibration; for example tractors or off-road vehicles. Although the single bracket supplied is very good at holding the Fire Safety Stick in place, upgrading to the Fire Safety Stick Utility Pack will give you not only a fitted anti-tamper tag (and one spare) but also an additional mounting bracket for extra peace of mind.
